Mr philips Hi guys let me tell you about my compensation money i got when i was involved in a accident with a bus. I was on my way to work about 8.30 am i decided to get the bus rather than a taxi however if i'm very late some times i get a taxi. The roads was very busy i was sitting upstairs i was looking out the top window when suddenly i was dazed, the bus braked so hard and hit a kerb that i hit my head against the metal seats in front of me causing me to go diziy and giving me a large swelling and a huge graze, also my neck was very stiff. Every one had to get off the bus, it had a flat tire and maybe other problems were it hit the kerb. I decided to go to my doctor to get checked over my head was in pain and this was no fault of my own i was really not happy. My doctor examined me and explained i was suffering from kin cushion and whiplash. Right then i thought i'm getting a no win no fee solicitor and putting a claim in. I still had hold of my bust ticket to prove i was of the bus. My solicitor was very helpful he give me a better service than i could expect he got to work on it really fast and kepped me updated with every thing that was going on. He advised me not to take the first offer as it was to low, the second offer was £4,200 i was happy with that amount of compensation so i accepted, it was as easy as that i was paid out very fast and the money really did make i difference thanks for reading.
